Garden Knife - Opinel No 8 Stainless Steel Folding Knife
A versatile, lightweight knife with a folding, tapered handle and extra sharp blade, this Knife is a favourite among gardeners. It's the ideal tool for harvesting fruit and vegetables or cutting twine, rope, and bag seals.
Features the Virobloc Safety Ring, which locks the blade in position during use and during transport.
Materials:
- Stainless Steel Blade: Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% provides an excellent cutting edge.
- Beechwood Handle. Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, the beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light colour varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.
